Very clean room and lobby. William, the gentleman who checked us in, was very cordial. Breakfast choices were very good, also. I was put off with the tags on the valet requesting tips. I thought it was unprofessional and awkward. I even got a survey that had a category to tip the staff. I generally leave tips but don’t like to be forced. This huge company should pay their employees more.
