The Staff members were so incredibly friendly. We had the most interaction with the Valet staff and they were extraordinary! The in/out process was very convenient and the location was easy to access. It was near a mall area with a multitude of dining options. While we did not eat at any of the hotel restaurants, we did visit the bar area which was relaxing and comfortable. We were there during the Rose Bowl festivities and even though there were many sports fans there, the hotel floors were quiet. Would definitely recommend!
