사기당함
전용욕실이 있는 방을 예약했는데 공용욕실있는 방을 주었다. 그래서 다른 게스트가 화장실을 써서 물내려가는 소리도 들었다. 호스트한테 메일을 보내니 다른 게스트들도 각자의 화장실을 쓴다고 했다. 하지만 그분들의 화장실은 방에 있지만 우리의 화장실은 방밖에 있었다. 그 화장실은 14,15호실 게스트가 함께 쓰는건데 14호실쓰는 사람이 없어서 호스트가 전용화장실이라고 말한거다. 하지만 2일 후쯤에 14호실에 게스트가 들어왔다. 호스트한테 메일도 보냈지만 호스트가 안읽었다. 답장은 물론 안왔다. 우리는 돈은 더 내서 전욕화장실을 예약한건데 사기를 당했다.

깔끔하고 단아한 집구조로 되어 있다. 음식을 해먹어도되고 빨래도 예약하면 가능하다. 하지만 미국 정서상 집에서 신발을 신고다니기 때문에 슬라퍼를 꼭 지참하기 바란다.

공용 화장실을 썼는데 깨끗했어요! 걸어서 15분 정도에 편의점이 있어서 자주 이용했습니다.

A duplex converted into a 8 room "motel" with electronic combination locks on all doors. No staff on site. But I really liked this self service setup. The property is clean and comfortable. My only concern was with parking. There are only about 3 open spaces for parking in the backyard. It's a little tight getting in and out. But overall I was super happy with my stay here. This'll be my goto place for when I visit LA.

El alojamiento bueno acorde al precio. Sin embargo tres cosas a mejorar: el internet en la habitación, aislar ruido de habitación de primera planta con la segunda planta, se escucha todos los pasos de la habitación de arriba y mejorar camas y toallas.

The rooms had an ok standard as we expected. How ever the bathroom was extremely dirty as we had to share with others on the same floor. There was a family of 4 living in the room next to ours, and they left the toilet quite dirty. Hair, toothbrushes, pee in the toilet seats etc. They also had small children that woke up quite early and started banging the doors and running around at 7AM, as the walls were thin the noise was very extreme at some points. The internet did not work some of the days also which was a little problematic as we couldn't use our computers to work and so on. The common areas were nice and tidy. The service was also good. and it was nice to have parking on the property.

GREAT Option but a Few Things to Be Aware Of
The home was amazing. Fully remodeled and like new. The only problems were three: 1) This one's not really the property owner's fault because how would they know; however, they should be checking these things regularly. The battery in the smoke detector outside my bedroom was running low, so there was a very loud chirp every 30 seconds going off all night. Fortunately I was very tired and I can sleep like a rock, so it didn't keep me awake. But it was annoying while I was awake. 2) The shower in my private bath (which was otherwise very nice) wouldn't allow me to have a warm shower without the pipes making a horrible, loud noise. I could take a scalding shower or a lukewarm shower. That was annoying. 3) I'm very grateful for the parking in the back because you cannot park on the street near the house, and the neighborhood is not horrible but questionable. The bad part is that parking is first-come-first-served, so if you miss a spot, you have to park really far away in a questionable neighborhood. Fortunately, I did get a spot.

I didn’t like how late the check-in time is and the linen didn’t seem all that clean. I did enjoy the overall cleanliness of the house and the privacy within the rooms.

Estaba limpio, bien situado y en una zona segura. No había recepción, simplemente accedíamos con un código a la habitación. Estábamos tranquilos y a nuestro rollo, y además era un lugar cómodo.

Everything is perfect in the house, it is pretty new. There are two laundries, fridge, oven. The room is bid enough for us, we stay for 3 days but no new tower replacement. The Expedia app stated that wont need to reconfirm, then we arrive there and unable to go into house. Then we contact then admin, she respond in 30 mins, we almost need to go to another motel as we arrived in 20:00, the surrounding is resident, there are dark and silent, it was terrible to had this happens because I didn’t get the email from the Admin, therefore I don’t have password to get into. Poor parking area is small, be aware there are lots of scratch marks on the wall of left side. We drive 5-seats car that needs backward to go out. BE CAREFULL！

I liked that everything was done by yourself. As in instructions were texted and no interaction with a desk was necessary. What I did not like was the reality late check in and the early check out. I believe that the hours should be closer if not the same.

Man passer sig selv da der ikke er reception, men det fungerer fint! Netværket er ikke så godt, så vi købte vores egen simkort og data! Den offentlige transport er næsten ikke eksisterende generelt i LA så Uber appen på mobilen er guld værd, man tilmelder sig og sit kort på mobilen og når man booker turen så bliver pengene automatisk trukket når man har kørt ruten, så man skal ikke sidde med kontanter til chaufføren eller noget! Ellers fint område med gode indkøbsmuligheder!

房間乾淨整潔，空間夠大，公用浴室每天都會有人清掃 停車位有限，但應該都還是停的到，真的沒有的話，就跟其他房客溝通 可能會擋住對方車子出入，有需要可以馬上移開

Would give it another try
We had a busy couple sleep in the room above us. We had rented two rooms. I wish we would have been placed in the same house. Our party was split in two different houses. The other guest were super friendly but still would have liked to be in the same house. We reserved the 3 person room. The beds were so small. Next time we will try the 4 person room. It looks like the beds are bigger in there.
