it was a nightmare for me
여기 묵은건 정말 악몽이었습니다. 빈대가 있어서 방을 옮겼지만 잠을 못이루고 새벽에 도망치듯 빠져나왔습니다. 다행히 3~4일 지난 현재 빈대물린 증상이 없어서 다행이네요. 현재까지는 불행 중 다행이라 생각하고 있습니다. 미국 모텔 묵을때는 그나마 이름이 좀 알려진 체인 모텔을 이용하는게 정답인거 같습니다. Really horrible place that I ever stayed in the world. the room was so smelly with bugs!!! I learnt It would become a disaster to save a little money.

Basic, not luxurious. A restful stay is possible
While the building is older, the stay was restful. The staff was friendly at check-in. The room was quiet and no suspicious people were around. The flooring is hard surfaced, not carpet, which helps with cleaning. In addition, pets are not allowed, which is an advantage in keeping the place sanitary. The location is good. Other services, such as restaurants and stores, are nearby. It’s a good place to stop for those traveling from Southern California to the Bay Area because the highway to Gilroy and San Jose is scenic and nice to drive the next morning. It’s also curvy and downhill so daytime driving is better and safer than at night. Some of the furniture and fixtures are a bit worn and some of fabric doesn’t match (curtains, bedspread, sofa design slightly clash) but fully functional. The flat screen TV picture was slightly blurry but ok for news and weather. (I recommend installing a clothes hook by the shower to hang a towel so that the floor doesn’t get as wet.) My room had a microwave and small refrigerator, which I did not use. In my opinion, the Maple Inn and Suites is possibly the best of the 7 hotels in Los Banos, all of them budget hotels. The front desk clerk acts like a motivated family member or conscientious worker might act and not like an uninterested employee. This makes a stay more pleasant for guests.

The staff attempted to charge for towels that they claimed were “missing.” No towels were used or touched because they were hard and no one showered before check out to avoid using the towels.

This is an older motel that is fine for a place to spend the night. Furniture has some wear and tear, but not a big deal. Was not highly utilized during our stay, so very quiet.

Almost didn’t stay because the place was filthy, but stayed because I was so tired. Left at 5:30 am and was accused of stealing towels and checking out late. Worst experience at a motel I’ve ever had.

LIKES : the room was clean , bed comfortable, heater worked well, quiet, room was back away from highway, pleasant staff DISLIKES: bottom sheet kept coming undone leading to a restless sleep; minimal towels, could not park near the room, no plug near bed so I couldn't use my CPAP.

Next time park near the second building parking area that is quiet rooms with the parking too. Plug is located next to the mattress box for phone charging/ any other items. Warm regards, Manager

The room was outdated. They need to improve in room cleaning. The receptionist was very friendly. It was an emergency stop on the way so it worked. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

Hello, You spill something on the pillow and the maid told us that you made so much mess in the room too. When we called you for paying for the damage you wrote the review with your own mess picture. Expedia should flag you for all the hotels.

There website said room was booked and then get to hotel to find out it wasn’t. The blanket had holes and marker stains, there were holes in the wall and smelled dusty and had provided no towels. Then before leaving the room the staff tried calling before check out time to have us leave even when it wasn’t 11 am. Later receive a message from them saying that we needed to be out before 11 am even though we were gone before then.

Bathroom door didn't close, tub was dirty, fridge is place on bad area and had mold inside. Wi-Fi never worked. Needs new mattress and pillows. Bed is hard and pillows were flat and dirty. Too many lamps. Location is good, but attention needs to be put into fixing up basic things like re-do paint, cover wall holes, get rid of lamps.. ..

Good place to stay but no long term. The room has a certain old age smell. The shower does not have pressure at all, so I does take you a while to shower. The room keys sometimes does not read at all, leaving you standing outside for a good amount of time.

Dear Guest, All the rooms have brand new Showerheads and you have to change the setting of your choice for water flows. Hotel Room keys if you carry it with your cell phone then sometimes it's demagnetized and stop working that makes you wait but sorry for the inconvenience.

Comfy and Quiet
Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The woman who checked me in was very welcoming and friendly. The bathroom is in desperate need of remodeling. I was able to shower though. The fixtures were quiet old and had a leak on the knob in the shower. The WIFI signal was very weak. I think they need another router.

I was really disappointed with the hotel. The lady at the front desk was really nice and professional; it was just a shame that her property did not reflect it. All the rooms were really out-dated, a bit untidy and dirty, and definitely really dusty. I booked two rooms and I asked for another room because one of the rooms had really dusty beds and it was equally bad.
