"Booked Hotel Louize because there were no other hotels available on a holiday weekend. We were a group of friends that booked the 1 standard bed and 1 twin bed. The location was very convenient, the staff was very nice (but did not speak english), and the room was spacious for South Korea. "Excellent when I say a five star hotel, I mean a five star hotel!!!! From the moment I arrived till the moment I left I was treated like a welcome and honored guest. The concierge service was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as easy and as convenient as possible, they were ready with recommendations and were very attentive. I had never stayed at a Sofitel before I usually stay at Andaz‘s but I wanted to stay at a five-star hotel in Seoul that was so iconic. Literally next to the lotte world mall, it was extremely refreshing to be in such a luxurious hotel: my view, my room, the restaurants, the swimming pool, the spa the gym, the breakfast, the guest It was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this property enough."
"Shilla Stay Samsung COEX Center is a very nice hotel overall with a great location across the street from a large shopping mall. The staff was very friendly at check in and check out. They even gave me 2 free gifts! The room itself was also very nice and clean. Only con I noticed was that the shower wasn't completely sealed and some water leaked out onto the rest of the bathroom floor, but that wasn't a big deal. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area!"
