Comfortable, friendly stay.
Everthing was great. The only negative was thst the lady in the breakfast room seemed to be in hurry to get us out. Chairs werr on the tables on more than half of the tables 20 minutes before the breakfast was over.

The hotel was fantastic. The staff was fantastic. My issue is with their upper management, that decided to cancel my booking because I didn’t call them at 3 pm to check in : I work night shift and booked the room for 2 nights, so I can check in and go to sleep at 8 am after my shift. Front desk guy was kind enough to get my issue sorted out. But it did not feel like I was the first customer to have that problem.

Enjoyable stay Breakfast was tasty and good variety I commended the Breakfast staff for there efforts. Room was clean, a little small but okay for two people Had just two luggage carts, would be.nice to have a couple more. I had to carry luggage out to car by hand.

We stay every year. Quite and comfortable and swimming pool and hot tub and weight room are very convenient too! Everyone is very polite and very helpful when you need anything. It’s cool that wild turkeys come to the back of the building in the mornings on the hill.

This Best Western is one of our favorites. Convenient to US 23 and yet sitting back far enough that there is no road noise to contend with at night. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they but our a really nice free breakfast!

I was given a handicapped room, even though I did not request one. Both attendants at the desk were indifferent to my request for a change. Sign on your entrance door states that there is no smoking within 100 feet of the door, yet multiple employees and tenants sat and smoked on a bench which was just 10 feet from the door. Refrigerator in the room ran very loud - constantly. Had to unplug it in order to get sleep.
