The owner is very friendly and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. There’s also a really good Italian restaurant next to it called L’angelus. It’s only about a 5 or so minute walk from the Sanctuary.

My wife and I stayed here 4 nights. This property, like many in Lourdes is quite old so the stairs are steep, the bed a bit tight and other inconveniences. These were made up for by the friendliness of the host who made breakfast including home made croissants.

Ask them to list their Business Tel # to WhatsApp and to expect for a foreigner occupant to have a local telephone. I had to go to the neighbor to call them to open up the door because they did not respond to their door bell

Nous avons été accueillies chaleureusement . Les petits-déjeuners et repas du soir étaient savoureux utilisant des produits de qualité. Nous avons apprécié la présence de l'hôtesse pendant les repas avec des échanges agréables qui nous ont particulièrement intéressés. Nous recommandons cette adresse.

Chambre sérénade agréable, calme. Accès par un escalier 2 étages Lit confortable Salle de bain assez spatieuse et jolie, manque de pression dans la douche. Roxane and her family are amazing. The property is centrally located close to the Sanctuary, stores, castle, restaurants. There is street parking in front of the property. You can have breakfast and dinner for a fee. They were delicious in a family atmosphere. Thank you Roxane!

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil et les lits étaient confortable. Nous n'avons pas été gêné par le bruit de la rue, ni des voisins de chambre. Le petit déjeuné était un régal avec les yaourts et confitures maison. avec en plus le choix entre salé ou sucré ou les 2. En plus, il suffit de déposer la voiture et on peut tout faire à pied. Très bien situé.

J’ai payé à midi et cela a été marqué comme non reimbursable; à 14h je reçois un coup de fil pour dire que la chambre a été annulé et qu’il fallait obtenir un reimbursement directement d’Expedia- qui n’était pas possible. La dame m’a dit qu’elle allait téléphoner Expédia le lundi en me donnant une réponse le lundi. Le jeudi et encore as un mot, mais il me manque encore le prix de la chambre de 40€.

Convenient and friendly

Very conveniently located in one of the oldest houses in Lourdes. Very friendly and helpful proprietor. Nice breakfast with fresh cooked eggs. We were lucky to find an easy parking spot in front of the hotel, but imagine it might be more difficult in high season.
