위치가 성지와 가까와 이용하기 편리했고 친절해서 1박 더 연장해서 3일 숙박했어요. 호텔 옆에 붙은 가게 물값이 너무 비싸서 물값만 46유로 들었답니다. 근처 까르푸를 이용하는 편이 훨 낫습니다.

위치가 너무 좋았어요
업그레드 되서 샤펠에서 묶게됐는데 너무 위치가 가깝고 너무 좋았어요, 파노라마랑 샤펠이 루르드에서 제일 가까운 호텔 2군대 입니다.

good location, but....
루르드 성지에 가는 것이 목적이라면, 위치로는 정말 최고입니다. 성지까지 3분이면 도착. 단, 냉장고가 유료라는 것에 놀랬어요. 루르드에서 이 정도 가격이면 비싼편인데 냉장고가 유료라니.... 위치는 추천이지만, 그 외에는 그닥....

Soggiorno di tre giorni, buona esperienza e personale disponibile. L'unico punto a sfavore riscontrato è che alcune cose per la colazione, come pane e pan-brioche, erano raffermi.

Clean and the view of sanctuary is magnificent.
The room is clean especially the bathroom. Just the carpet a bit of stain and some noise on floor when walking.

I do like the hotel in a small place but highly visited during travel season. The breakfast provided was kind of expensive as it did not have enough food variety but palatable.

2 min walk to the sanctuary, with all the stores and restaurants so close but still very quiet. The room was big and with two spaces for us and the kids. Very clean and spacious. Staff was very kind and helpful. It was a perfect choice. We had blessed time.

Closer by a minute's walk to the Lourdes Sanctuary compared to the next hotels. Room first given to us had musty odor right after getting in. Carpet had water mark traces, concerned of inhaling molds & mildew. Transferred to another room, slightly cleaner, but coming back very late night after the Sanctuary activities, I took a shower, & had a bad fall in the slippery bathtub shower, fell on my back, hit my neck on the tub rim, as well as arms & elbows . Reported the incident immediately & followed it up the next morning. The day before we left I was feeling soreness on the affected area and was replied with a sympathetic comment by the reception counter, "You should have requested for an anti-skip mat". Wow! We didn't know it would be like requesting condiments when ordering a burger. I don't think my husband & I will be patronizing this hotel in the future. For now I have to be certain for soreness or something else which may only be felt after an extended period.

The hotel was referred to us by friends. They were not wrong. We love the hotel. If given the opportunity for a second trip to Lourdes, we’ll stay there again with no questions ask. It has a perfect location very close to the Sanctuary of our Lady of Lourdes. It’s so near to other points of interest in Lourdes. It’s even close to the train station. We love Hotel Panorama.

Es una propiedad muy bien ubicada, limpia y con camas cómodas, hay tiendas y restaurantes a unos pasos del hotel, y para llegar a la iglesia es realmente muy cerca y el personal es muy amable y dispuestos a ayudar

The front desk clerks were very nice and considerate. We were able to check in earlier and we were able to stay few minutes at check out since I forgot the time of check out. They were very helpful when asked for directions.

Le service de restauration est à revoir. Nous n'avons pas été informé sur les créneaux horaires du déjeuner et du dînner alors que nous avons payé la pension complète. Il n y a pas de choix pour les repas. Le personnel n'est pas très aimable. Heureusement que les chambres étaient spacieuses et confortables.
