“Ants and mosquitoes took over the room; housekeeper entered my room with a key twice, once while I was present and once when I clearly put the do not disturb sign on the door; management never followed up with my last complaint; a waiter was extremely rude to me. All these experiences made for a horrible stay after paying all the money to get there and for the hotel. Very bad business.”

They bend over backwards to help you—I got a horrible sunburn on a boat tour and the kitchen brought me fresh aloe. The food at each of the restaurants is delicious. Unfortunately during our stay the beach had sargassum so wasn’t usable but there are 3 pools on the property and a free shuttle to jacks beach bar. “The front desk is amazing and very helpful. However, the employees in the restaurant seem disinterested to work. They are always frowning, never attentive and pretty cold. This takes away from the positives of the hotel. The hotel does not provide complimentary water too.”
