"An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. 8/10 Good

"This is a nice ocean side hotel for the budget traveler. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had a couple of restaurants. When the power or water went out due to the storms they were very supportive and even provided buckets of water to guests. It is walkable to many restaurants and bars in the area, plus a short bus or taxi ride to the city center. The only thing is I wish the room was more updated. The living room and deck both had beds versus proper furniture to sit on. So you basically have to lie down to watch television or lie down to be out on the deck. Good think I was mostly out and about so it wasn't too much of an issue. Also, no fridge at least. I do not care for microwaves, but a fridge in the room would have been nice and was expected. The ground floor ocean view room where I stayed wasn't very private. People walked by it from the restaurant which I thought to be odd. Also the boats were locked right there and people would be on the boats facing your balcony. So I didn't spend too much time out there. The room was clean and bed was comfortable."
