My first room started getting wet around the carpet, especially near the entrance, around 11 pm. I noticed this and immediately contacted the front desk. They immediately sent a technician to check it out, but unfortunately, they couldn’t stay in the same room. So, they upgraded me to another tower with the same view at no extra charge. I’m really glad I received such outstanding customer service, even though I checked in with my mobile phone. Thank you everyone!
