Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen. "We really enjoy this property! We've stayed 3 times so far and will definitely return for future stays. The area is beautiful and invokes relaxation, the accommodations are very comfortable and convenient and there are ample activities to engage in or you can just relax. Breakfast, which is included, never disappoints, the portions are very filling and delicious. I highly recommend. On a side note, the cottages would benefit from a refresh to maintain their allure."
