"It was such a pleasant two weeks stay. Nice high floor with water view as requested. The facility has a convenience laundry on site — with this heat, definitely do not want to pack sweaty clothing back home. Also clothing feels great after wash and dry. The kitchenette is also great. Feel like being in an apartment. The area is super convenient - just about 10-15 mins walk to subway and ferry. It’s a bit rough during summer but still not bad at all. Grocery store and liquor store are just a few mins. Starbucks right across the street. Under 10 mins to south street seaport restaurants. I will surely return."

"Small and humble with small rooms but renovated. No breakfast served but the lady at the reception helped us with a cattle to make a coffee at room, it could be a plus having a cattle and fridge in the room but would survive for a couple of days not longer. The location is not the best."
