โThe staff at Roma Courts make this place amazing! Grace, Annipur, Patrick and Ismahan are fabulous! They are attentive, caring professionals. This was my second stay at Roma, and because of the kindness of the staff, I will revisit the property. Itโs my home away from home! The access to shopping and the safety of the area were perfect for solo travelers. Thereโs plenty of food from restaurants to markets that make staying more accessible. โThe property was more than we expected and my husband and I enjoyed our stay there. The staff were amazing and quick to help. Only downside was the no air con but for the time of year we went it wasnโt much of a problem โ
โAlmost fine but only shower system is not good ๐ for me. It was so difficult proper temperature during using it though.
Mosquitos were annoying us during midnight.

when you check in , please check properly with enough detail by everyday . if you do not that one , you need pay a lot for missed stuff and staff will ask you pay missed things so everynight you need check up inventory otherwise you need pay . even if made take small thing , you still need pay. when you stay here , don't trust anyone. โ
โIt was a little difficult to locate the place because there's no "Avalor Suites" sign visible anywhere in the building. However, after asking two random people we were able to locate it.
The rooms were surprisingly super clean, and everything inside looked and felt new. The views from all the windows were amazing.
You might need a few minutes to familiarize yourself with how hot water system works, cable TV and the super fast
wifi.
The host is genuinely super helpful if anything doesn't...
โVery happy with my stay. The property is a small oasis in an otherwise busy area with a beautiful property. The staff are outstanding and always helpful and welcoming. There were heavy rains during my stay which flooded the access road and the staff always found a way for me to cross when I left/arrived on foot. The room was basic but very comfortable with diligent daily service. However the shower appeared to need a deep clean on the tile. The water flow in the shower was also less than ideal...

Would encourage management to keep up to date with ceiling maintenance. Not a problem for guests at the present time.โ
โAll the staff were very helpful & welcoming during our stay, I would like to thank Timothy Wabuti, Konrad Wachenyi, Lucy Wanjiru & housekeeper Tabitha. we loved the location plus its also in a quiet area, close to many amenities. we had booked for a king size which was not available at reservation but the front desk moved us to a king size bed a few days after we arrived.โ
โAls erstes musste ich in der Nacht 1 Stunde auf dem teuer bezahlen Flughafen Transfer warten obwohl abgemacht was das ich mit 3 Kleinkinder ankomme stand nur ein Kleinwagen wo nur mein Gepรคck rein passt..diese Services kostet 28 US Dollar!!!!
