“The reception staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. I left my phone charger at home and they lent me one for the weekend. The room was a single and clean, although the decor was dated (the description did say it was a Victorian building). “Easy to self-check in, perfect location, and lovely, clean rooms. The views are wonderful no matter where you're situated in the hotel. I've stayed here many times and will be back for many more. My only minor complaint is that it's a shame the car park isn't subsidised. Other than that, I can't fault this place.

“As an older property and with all the difficulties to maintain such a property I feel it has been taken care of very well , it's charming and welcoming, clean a comfortable and the food is great.

“Food is excellent and beds are very comfy. It's old-fashioned in that it's a conversion of an older building, so windows are single-glazed and the doors open with actual keys. But the rooms have everything you'd expect from a professionally run establishment. Staff are all friendly and professional though you sometimes have to seek them out – hardly surprising as there are only six rooms so they can't have someone permanently on duty.”

“Booked this hotel as the rest of our large group were staying at The Ivy Bush Hotel opposite, where they had been recommended.
We were not disappointed, the hotel was beautifully decorated and everywhere spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was included and was scrummy.
Our friends at The Ivy Bush were extremely disappointed with their accommodation and evening meal and next time will book the Spilman Hotel.

“The hotels about 5 minutes from folly farm and 15 minutes from Tenby. Room comes with everything you need - towels / hand soap / body wash / hair dryer / ironing board / kettle etc. breakfast was tasty as well with plenty of choice. Will definitely return ”

The room was amazing, Wallroom, very spacious very modern very well decorated. In the courtyard on the ground floor so access to some outdoor seating.
