"Always an enjoyable stay at the Talbot Hotel, Belmullet. Staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean.
Food is excellent. It is always my first place to book when travelling to Mayo.
I look forward to the next trip.

"Great hotel. Lots of parking. We had a family room which was huge. Breakfast was fantastic with very friendly staff. The bar is nice with great staff and really nice food. Reception staff were lovely. Check in/check out very quick.
Only 2 things I'd change:
1. Last orders for food is 8pm. I think 9pm would be better for later eaters.
2. The same few songs played over and over in the bar. The songs were good Irish songs but we heard them at least 5 times each.
Oh and 1 more thing. There was no entertainment for St. Patrick's Day which was pretty disappointing. The bacon and cabbage with parsley sauce was divine though.
Would I stay again??? YESSSS!!!!!!!!"
"We stayed in one of their large family rooms—accommodating 2 adults and 2 children. The room was larger than what we are usually accustomed to, and it came with tea, coffee, and a bottle of water, which was a nice touch. We used the pool twice, and the kids absolutely loved it. We also had dinner one evening, which was enjoyable."
"Room and hotel generally very clean and in good condition, Nice little bar. Staff very friendly and nothing too much bother, seemed very interested and aware. A nice gentle walk into the very nice and interesting main area and short taxi ride home, All in all a very good experience and I would re-visit no problem.. "
"Room was spotless, food was great, staff were excellent, owners on hand checking customer care. Great spot handy to amenities. Family run operation all very welcoming. A great economic benefit to the local community through employment and creating a social hub. "
"Room cold and decor needs to be upgraded. Breakfast mediocre. Evening meal was incredible as was spa. Some small tweaks would have made a huge difference. Staff were lovely. "
