"Avoid avoid avoid. I stayed here for 1 night with my wife, 2 kids and old man. The next morning the electricity and water was out. Perfect, if you like the "I've been sweating all day and all night" look and smell. To make matters worse the air-conditioning was weak and failed to keep the room cool, it's undersized for the room. "I have stayed in this hotel many times. This trip I stayed almost 30 days.
I'll give 5 stars because of the location and the 24-hour gym and swimming pool, which I have mentioned in a previous review.
Minus: I have been charged for items I haven't used, eg toothpaste and milkshake.
I have advised reception. I didn't use it , they said might the guest took it . My advice is with each check-in, make sure everything in the mini bar in your room is actually there.
After I had completed the full payment for my stay the night before checking out, I still got charged an extra 300 Philippine pesos for room service, even though I had given tips to everyone during my stay.
