該有的盥洗用品都有 但缺少棉花棒
由於隔間是木板所以需要附近住客共同保持安靜 怕吵的就可以多加考慮
機車可以直接停火車站附近停車場一小時10一天最多30

隔音稍受限 但基本上入住者均會保持輕聲
部份帶小孩出遊者的嘈雜與否

整體而言乾乾淨淨，背包客棧的價錢但隱私性比背包客棧好很多。水壓也還可以但水溫調整比較不容易。有些人提到隔音問題，但我們入住的時候可能剛好隔壁媒人所以還好。
比較要注意的是只有提供紙毛巾，建議還是要自備毛巾會比較方便。

隔音比較差
這是一家民宿，靠近羅東夜市約5分鐘，隱藏在民居內，請致電民宿主人以取得鎖匙，整體衛生.
但隔音比較差，每個人講話 / 步行 / 開門關門都會聽到，清晨比較吵。
注意：找不到緊急逃生的備用通道，看來只有一個出入口。房間內沒有窗戶。

屋主不住在同一棟樓，抵達前需與屋主聯繫，屋主配合的停車場離住處還有一段距離，若行李多最好先將行李搬下車後再去停車，最不方便的地方是停了車就不能隨意進出停車場了，隨意進出停車的話停車費就需要自理了，住在三樓，屋內無電梯，屋內隔音不好，需輕聲細語，若只是單純過個夜這邊算是不錯的選擇，這邊離夜市蠻近的，早餐的話需步行5分鐘左右到火車站前那附近會有比較多家可以選擇。
