The Inn is recently renovated and nice. We enjoyed our stay, but there were a few operational issues that the management needs to resolve. We have some feedback.
After booking we received an email to complete an online check-in with our govt identity. However, the emails we received had the various links all merged together, and therefore clicking on them resulted in broken links. Eventually I was able to reconstruct the check-in link and manual enter it into my browser to complete the check-in. It said I'd be emailed a door code to the house and our room, but I never received those.
A few hours before our arrival I called the support phone number, and someone answered quickly. She was able to send out the door code for me, and we were able to get into the building and our room without issues.
When we arrived there were no toiletries at all, no soap/ shampoo/etc. I called back and again someone answered quickly, but we didn't get an answer until the next morning which told us to look in an upstairs closet. There was only 1 bar of soap left there.
Other:
1. We were in the Bonnie & Clyde room, and there is a large window over the door from the lobby. The result is a lot of light shines into the room at all times.
2. The shower has no soap dish or place to set shampoo. You have to set them on the floor.
3. There are no nightstand lamps.
4. We were there the weekend before Halloween, and the building outside our window was operating as a Haunted House (not the Inns fault).
