"Ended up not staying at this hotel and has asked Hotel.com to return my deposit which I have yet to receive. The premises has no electricity when we arrive and the "room" we were finally offered was at the end of the property amongst some construction sites. Fearing for our security we decided to let the management know we are not staying."

"This was a spacious and clean hotel with a gym and pool. Nearby is a grocery store and sports bar where we had dinner. Everyone we met was friendly. A water pipe had burst, leaving the apartment with no water when we arrived but they did fix it as soon as possible. My husband reported seeing a few bugs running around the kitchen which thankfully I did not see. "The accommodation is spacious and modern. The single bedroom apartment boasts a table with chairs and plenty of room for eight people--you could have a dinner party! The apartment had a swimming pool shared with one other apartment. I didn't see that advertised so it was a pleasant surprise. There were no power failures during my 10-day stay although Lusaka tends to experience load shedding almost daily.
