Great location central to everything and very walkable to bus and tram station! Room is spacious and comfortable. Easy to old town and the new town and easy to get to by train and airport!

My husband and I stayed for one night and it was truly a great experience. We ordered slippers and a bath robe late at night and room service brought it over very fast and were kind. Also, we ordered food from the restaurant at 21:30 and they brought the food warm and it tasted great. Would recommend this place to anyone. Affordable, clean, good service and amenities.

Very nice hotel in heart of Luxembourg City

Excellent hotel. Employees were all very helpful. Parking garage conveniently located next door. Restaurant in hotel, but we walked approximately 5 minutes to another area with several dining options. Very close drive to the city center. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay! Our room was ready for an early check in, which was really appreciated. The room was spacious, clean and with all the necessary amenities. It is also very well situated with easy access to public transportation. All major attractions are very accessible while still providing privacy away from the crowds. The breakfast buffet was bountiful and very satisfying. We loved this property, the staff and the service. We will definitely come back again.

We booked this hotel as we were going to a gig at Luxexpo and it is right by the tram line. However, it worked really well for the rest of our trip as well. It is in a good location, being right by a tram stop so easy to get to anywhere. It is quiet, the room was comfy and breakfast was very good. The bar does some very nice cocktails. The staff were good and friendly. It is also easy to get to and from the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

The property had everything you need. Great customer service, close options for paid parking and the staff recommended places free parking on weekends. Close to public transportation that is free in all of Luxembourg. The only improvement recommendation is to improve breakfast options but would still give their breakfast 7-8/10

Nice hotel, in a very quiet and safe area. Everything is walkable and also parking next door which was convenient. Only downside is staff were unwilling to top up room amenities such as teas, milk and water. Felt rather odd, as most hotels are happy to do this. Being two people in the room, one bottle of water and 2 small sachets of milk, 2 tea bags felt stingy considering the cost of the hotel.

Very Nice rooms! Very kind and serviceminded waitress in the morning restaurant! Only minus was the one out of the two lifts was out of order, so we were waiting a long time when staying on 8 floor😩

It’s a beautiful, recommendable hotel that could be really special with a little more staff training and attention to detail. I liked: the breakfast, the view from the suite, the amenities provided, the Level Lounge, the building was easy to find/access I noticed: the check in was.. quite cold (granted, I’m American), there’s a huge gap under the door between suites 801/802 - it was really unsettling to hear voices/steps throughout night, the room service menu is sloppily composed (I arrived late, viewed menu, had very low confidence in what would arrive had I ordered). Most other comparable hotels have a better TV/infotainment system.

We stayed at Melia for 4 x nights to celebrate a birthday. Hotel looks fairly unassuming from the outside , but a warm welcome and cool temperature (it was hot when we were there) greets you . We loved the Level Room which has excellent views of the city from the 7th Floor . Staff were all super helpful and efficient, great breakfast every day and a Level Room gets access to the VIP lounge, with complementary snacks and drinks . An area that could be considered in respect of the lounge, maybe some music in the background, just to make a bit more atmospheric . Great hotel, would highly recommend. Chris and Anna (London)
