"Ideal location if visiting the Basillica. No frills hotel, but very clean and beds are comfortable. Front desk staff was very helpful. Restaurant has very weird hours (no food between 3 pm and 7 pm) and restaurant staff is mixed; one waiter was quiet but very helpful but another was quit rude and acted unhappy to be serving Americans. There are many other restaurants around (the grille across the street had good food and very friendly staff)—but many of them are closed during the “off season”."

"The hotel is a five minute walk from the train station. Its location is accessible to everything. The room is dated but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. It fit our budget. We would stay there again."

"Hello, My mother and I stayed at the hotel in February, and it was an excellent choice. The location was perfect within walking distance of the Grotto—which made our pilgrimage to Lourdes very convenient. The staff were amazing and very supportive, always ready to give us helpful information on how to navigate around Lourdes. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to have a peaceful and restful sleep. Mano at reception was particularly professional and patient with all our requests. Her excellent service made our stay even more pleasant. she went above and beyond to accomodate us as my mum needed disability facilities . Carina at reception was also very nice The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. In the future, it would be wonderful if there could be a wider variety of full meal choices for lunch and dinner, as this would surely attract even more travellers. I have already recommended the hotel to my friends and family who are planning a religious pilgrimage to Lourdes, and I will certainly return in the future. Well done to the management and all the staff. The cleaners also did a wonderful job—unfortunately I did not get their names, but they were excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay."
