"The hostel is in a good location. Easy walk downhill to the ferry. Hostel also has a restaurant close to the ferry. Food there was very good and reasonable. The breakfast was very basic. The hostel needs to replace its towels and sheets. "

"Came to Switzerland for a solo trip and stayed just for one night. I really enjoyed the quiet location of this hotel, just a little outside of Zurich. The room was excellent, felt newly renovated, and I was warmly greeted by Marlis, who was super friendly and accommodating. Would totally stay here again!"

"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "I reported and message the hotel twice about the kitchen sinks drain was not working since I arrived the place. But until I check out and no one even bother to message me back or came to fix it. It end up I can’t use the kitchen and have to dine out for my entire stays there. Also it locate at a very noisy street too."

"Great location. Right across the street from trains and buses. Staff was very nice and attentive upon check in. They even upgraded us without asking which was a nice and very welcome surprise. They were great to give directions and recommendations. We stored our luggage there the day we checked out and continued to explore Lucerne. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
