"Nice staff. Free shuttle was great. AC worked great. Room was dark- (no desk lamp) Breakfast was a little disappointing- crowded setup; the only fruit was one apple. Lovely, comfortable little lobby. Cute outdoor courtyard with tables and umbrellas. "

"Very outdated, wall plugs didnt work , I had to charge phone at front desk. No breakfast as advertised not even coffee. Distance to airport was not correct as stated in description. We were not informed ahead of time that we would not be dropped off at airline entrance but needed to take AirTran to other terminals and walk a significant distance due to JFK construction. This is crucial to setting up hotel transfer. Employee was condescending stating you just need to leave a lot earlier."

"The linens were clean. That is all the good I can say. Property is very rundown. Ceiling cracked looks like it will fall in. Front door does not align. Therefore, although locked, it feels like someone leaning on it would be inside easily. Bathroom was rundown and needed cleaning behind the door. Parking is plentiful. We did not have breakfast, so no comment. We will never be staying here again."

"This place is a pure dump. From the outside the property looks decent but its not until you go inside where it shows its true colours. The hotel manager does not seem to care but just interested in collecting your money and after that its pretty much up to you. The rooms were dingy, floors need to be mopped a lot of dirt on the walls. TV was functioning properly but the AC unit was loud a noisy. Toilet did not function properly, plenty of mold and mildew in the tub and shower. Glad I was only 2 nights but would find something better and cleaner even if I have to pay a little extra."
