Lovely hotel, great location.

Had a great little break with the family. Was nice to have a little kitchen and lounge area as well as the swimming and sauna facilities. Location was great for nipping to the beach or heading to the Pleasure Beach.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely two night stay in a family apartment. There was plenty of room and the whole place was immaculate. The pool and sauna area were lovely too! We will definitely be back soon.

Fabulous staff and apartment.

The staff, especially Maxine and the gentlemen working Sunday night were so welcoming and went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent fined.

Very good find, central location for shops and beach with a lovely park across the road. Check in was friendly helpful and quick and the apartment was clean warm and very spacious. Parking was just outside the apartment so not far to carry our bags. Great stay and will definitely be back.

Great for family getaway.

Fantastic location, close to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great communication prior to arrival. Our room was very comfortable, with excellent amenities, and nice bathroom products. The beds were comfortable, with nice quality bedding. The towels were also good quality. The lounge area would have benefited from some soft lighting by way of lamps, and the sofa would have been more comfortable with cushions. Although the apartment was clean on the whole, we felt there was a little room for improvement. The skirting boards were quite grubby in places, and the light in the bathroom was a little dusty. This would not deter us from staying here again though. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the swimming pool. Overall this hotel got a thumbs up from us….and we are quite fussy.

Negatives Very warm room even though raining outside No cleaning happened during our stay Had to ask for toilet roll and kitchen roll we used the same towels No tea towel or oven gloves provided Changing rooms no where to lock personal items away securely and should be cleaned between use especially after use of your families water everywhere Positives Friendly staff Room nice and modern Comfy Nice to be in one room Breakfast is very basic but good to start day Real positive free Starbucks coffee 24/7 during your stay
