โMy stay at the Jefferson Home was horrible the kitchen stayed dirty the back stayed dirty but of course I had to clean it because I used it ๐, everyone N the home was suppose to work together to make sure the home was comfortable for everyone there that wasn't the case no one from the property management team came to check on the property. I stayed 6 days there with my Moma with no TV Moma was miserable without a TV thank GOD I had a tablet she could watch shows on this was just an all out...
โOld, state of disrepair. Description of property is a lie. Set up like a boarding house, not a private apartment with a private bathroom. Other people staying there when I arrived. Internet did not work. When I contacted them through Expedia they stated that they would give me a full refund and I did receive a full refund without any hassle. โ
โThis hotel is so peaceful. Extremely quiet. Friendly staff. The property was clean. I witnessed housekeeping cleaning non stop. Ms.Joann the manager is extremely professional, she really helps people in the community with an affordable amazing experience at this hotel. Thank you Ms.Joann for helping me & my mom.
