"The hotel is well center in the middle of the city, bathrooms are small and no A/C, but they have a fan that for me was sufficient, 30 min to the Termales"

"Ofrecen parqueadero y solo pagan pagan algunas horas, no hay servicio de desayuno, el hotel esta en una ubicación central pero demasiado ruidosa no se puede descansar, las habitación para tres personas quedan en un sitio del hotel que son absolutamente cerradas no tiene ingreso de aire pro ningun lado"

"great place if you like nature and 5 minutes from city with dining and shopping"

"Historic hotel in centre. Quiet despite it's location as the rooms are facing a courtyard not the street. Helpful staff who helped arrange transportation to the hot springs, as well as, the airport. There are securuty measures in place: ie three located gates which are assessible with the keys given."

"Staff was amazing and property was so beautiful. Everyone was wonderful. "

"Wonderful place the best in Manizales area’s"

"Excellent hotel delicious food and great staff!!!"

"Beautiful hot springs and facilities."

"Excellent and attentive staff, beautiful views, great spa services, walking distance from finca del cafe. Perfect honeymoon spot with a jacuzzi in the room"

"The room was spotless. Luca and Ale were very gracious. Wonderful hosts!"

"Very nice place"

"The place is beautiful. The breakfast is a menu not a buffet style."

"Cleaning staff was great, view was really nice. Property was nice. But the not so nice, seen a scorpion that was kinda scary. Seen 3 cockroaches, 2 pretty big spiders. Kinda sucks you have to ask the staff to turn on the hot tub. Min fridge/bar treats pretty expensive. Getting to and from the place was a bit of a mission. But over all would stay there again."
