"This is our property of choice when visiting MacKay, about 7 to 8 times a year. This is very convenient as the hotel restaurant is on premises. The rooms are consistently very clean; housekeeping do a great job. The rooms are starting to age a little and maybe time some refurbishment was considered. That said, a great property to stay."

"I just had emergency surgery at the Mackay hospital was about to go to the motel when they called me and said I had to get back onto Expedia to get my refund back because they had double booked the room so I tried calling tried email could not get on to anyone at all I had to arrange a room else and to say I was pissed off is a understatement so someone better call me and sort out my refund."
