Y Platinum hotel is a total gem! It's located about 10mns ride from Musjid al Nabiyou, uber rides are about $5 to the Musjid. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. They fill up the fridge with free drinks. The staff is very professional and courteous. Breakfast was included and very good. The price is affordable.

You need to adjust location and map direction, I went to different area very far from the hotel, wasted alot of time, all directions on expedia applications are wrong , I used google map to find the Hotel.

Nice Hotel & good service

Good hotel people are nice and good service. Non smoking room could improve the comfort. Buffet Breakfast was ok. Coffer machine and Pancake could make the stay better.

The purpose of our visit was to zyarat masjid Al nabawi but to get Taxi or Uber made it a nightmare for us to go around . other than that stuff , room everything else very good.

Pilgrims view ..

The staff was exceptionally good speak fluent English, helpful , very helpful. Large rooms . Hot water . All services were excellent, got my laundry done in an hours time . The only glitch if you are a pilgrim is the distance from Haram Sharif :( 15 minutes by car :( On a Friday practically impossible to get a cab to go to Haram even at 11 am … Else , no complaints..

There is nothing around hotel, there is no restaurant or any market nearby. You need to order food online. Location is industrial. I don’t recommend anyone to stay if you have lot of activities.The front desk doesn’t speak any language except Arabic. Yes there are other helpers from Bangladesh who was nice and does speak English and helpful.

Unmaintained facility. Broken furniture and lack of basic amenities such as towels and iron. Requested these items multiple times and when I got an iron it had burned cloth on it and damaged my clothes. Really low quality place.
