The Saddlery was a unique experience being a bit of a historical building. We stayed in the 2 bedroom Executive Loft with a kitchen and spacious sitting area. It had a wonderful view of the lake, was very quiet. Close to a few nice amenities and downtown. Wished we could stay longer.

Everything was 10/10…very responsive when asking questions. The room was excellent- very comfortable. The only thing I would change is maybe having a ice machine or a way to buy ice - the refrigerator ice maker didn’t seem to make ice :)

The Saddlery in Madison was a great place to stay. It was clean, spacious, and in a great location. The price was just right also. Only complaint was the noise, you can hear everything going around you in the other units. Walls are thin or it travels through the air vents. I thought people were in my unit when I opened our door it was so bad. Besides that we love it.

had a wonderful stay in the one-bedroom lake-view suite at The Saddlery. The suite was beautiful, spotless, and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything I needed for my stay, and the lake views (especially from the rooftop) were absolutely stunning. The communication from the team was excellent. When I needed to extend my stay by an extra night, they made the process seamless by combining my reservations so I didn't have to check out and move rooms. The check-in instructions and directions for accessing the building and amenities were clear and easy to follow. A couple of minor things to note: the high ceilings add a lot of character to the space, but they don't do much to dampen sound from neighboring units. I could hear heavy footsteps from the guests upstairs and ended up using earplugs at night. Also, the shower didn't get quite as hot as I prefer. Overall, these were small issues compared to the many positives. The location, views, cleanliness, amenities, and outstanding customer service made for a great stay, and I would happily stay here again.
