This was our third visit to Matute 11. We were very pleased with our accommodation and how clean everything was. We felt comfortable there and didn't have any worries about social distancing, hygiene etc. The staff on reception are helpful.

This building is in a GREAT, central location in the city! The check in process was great..very friendly and helpful. The unit we stayed in wasn’t like in the pictures. I understand that not all units are the same, but our two bedroom unit had many issues. Bedroom doors and bathroom doors wouldn’t close easily...physically had to be forced shut for privacy. I was afraid to turn up the floor heater in our room because there were floor to ceiling curtains directly in front of the heater. And finally, the shower had a very short side wall with no door, so our towels had to be used to soak up all the water on the floor.

The apartments are clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff is first rate - friendly and extremely helpful when needed. I would definitely stay there again. The area is tops for tourists.

The appartments were in a brilliant location, central to the city center. Very clean and bed comfy. The only negative minor comment is that the rooms are not necessarily like the initial photo on Expedia. The room was lovely but did ask to be moved from the initial one we were shown to. Thw receptionist moved us straight away to another that was slightly better. Apart from that, we will certainly go back.

The location is good. Communication before check in was good. But there is a big discrepancy between the room I have with the photos shown on Expedia. Maintenance work no good compared to hostel of similar charges. Toilet floor easily gets wet after shower. I would say the hostel itself may be good for others but it doesn’t meet my expectations.
