Staff were nice rooms were clean and well maintained, espresso is provided in the room. Wish the room was bigger for a 3 person reservation. This area is quiet because it's 20 mins from plaza mayor, ideal if you want to stay in a less busy area but quite inconvenient if you want to be in the center most of the time.

Hotel has great location. Pool is a tub. Food was great at the roof bar with exceptional view. We also went for late night drinks there. Staff was courteous and professional.

Room was ok. We were told we got an “upgrade” upon check in but ended up with a small room, nothing special or unique. We just came from an H10 hotel in Barcelona and comparatively this one wasn’t as nice. I thought I booked with breakfast but was told we didn’t. The breakfast buffet was going to cost 25 euro per person so we walked to a local cafe.
