I love this hotel! It is in Plaza Angel which is walking distance to everything, the art museums, Sol, Plaza Mayor etc. in Las Letras neighbourhood, a charming area full of shopping, bars and great restaurants. The hotel itself is lovely with a great lobby and clean comfortable rooms. The desk staff were always helpful and kind and I will always stay in this hotel when I am in Madrid!

Nice stay

Perfectly situated in Old Town, room rather small but was clean and quiet, comfy bed, delicious breakfast with lots of choices, friendly staff - recommandation!

Great location although right in the center of the city so it is quite noisy at night. Decor and rooms very nice, beds not terribly comfortable but room was otherwise fine. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great.

Small but staff friendly

The hotel is well centered in Madrid, 15min avarage walking distance from important cites. Our room was small but, the bathroom need to adjust the shower entrance. I almost can get in or get out of the shower. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast need a little more options.

Hotel in great location for visiting Madrid

Overall the hotel was pretty good. For the price I am satisfied with it. The hotel is in a really great location and I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go to in Madrid. Madrid night life is pretty vibrant so bring ear plugs if you are an early sleeper. Room facilities were all fine. There was a nice view onto the bustling street from the window. No major issues but I found the Wi-Fi quite slow. They also have a policy where the room key needs to be left at the front desk every time you leave the hotel.

The room is comfortable. Very very noisy and the ac doesn’t work. I called reception and was told that in November they turn it off and to open windows but street is very noisy and the room was very warm even if outside was chilly. The water changes temperature a lot so it was a fun shower.

Convenient at central area.

Great little hotel for a night or two.

Service was great and the hotel was in a perfect location for sightseeing. My only issues were that the bed was VERY firm/uncomfortable and that the shower didn't seem to stay hot; it bounced between hot and cold.
