We love the place. It was a really nice hotel to stay in Madrid. My cousin and I stayed at the hotel 2 nights. But I don’t understand the overcharge of $10 for doing a checkout 1 hour later due to traffic, I don’t get it.

The hotel was good and the staff wonderful. This is more than enough to come back. The only drawback being a bit distant from the city center but the metro stop is really close. Maybe was the period but what I liked less has been the offering of restaurants around.

Hotel was nice. They provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. There is food in walking distance. I’m American and the hotel itself was a little too warm for me. Besides that the staff was nice. It’s dog friendly and the people loved my dog and gave him water.
