Staff is great, Larissa, Antonio, the ladies at reception, pure gold. But I wouldn’t stay in grinion, it’s so far from everything, it’s borrrring, the community is quiet, it’s practically dead on Sunday’s, hotel is clean but was way below standard of what is shown online and for that price . Nope .. staff is amazing, i love them all but I’ll never ever stay in this place again.

This one was one of the worst hotels that i get,they didn't put blanket on the bed,just only bedsheets,the hallway and room was smells so bad,they put 20" tv in the room, Im not recomend this hotel to you

Habitación amplia. Cama de matrimonio pequeña (135) y con sólo una almohada, lo cual nos resultó un poco incómodo. No había ningún espejo en la habitación. Solo había espejo en el baño. Baño de tamaño bastante reducido, pero muy nuevo. Por estos motivos, la habitación no resulta muy cómoda

Hotel normal. Las habitaciones amplias. Hace mucho ruido el aire acondicionado y la ventana domótica. ( Se escuchan la de las demás habitaciones). La mujer que estaba en el bar por la mañana debería de cambiar de actitud y ser más agradable con los clientes. A lo mejor tenía un mal día.

Ideal para un par de noches

Un acierto lo de tener botones junto a la mesilla para subir y bajar las persianas. Yo cambiaría las papeleras del baño de la habitación que hacen mucho ruido. Secador potente. El antideslizante de la bañera se está borrando del tiempo y puede ser peligroso, pero en líneas generales, muy acogedor y con buen aspecto.

Todo muy mal

Está en un pueblo a 50 km. de Madrid. No se puede llegar por autovías, sino por rutas de campo. Las instalaciones del hotel son demasiado antiguas, pisos de mosaico, SIN CALEFACCION CON 3° C. No funcionan los teléfonos de ninguna habitación. El segundo día no recibí el servicio de limpieza. Desayuno: consta de un café pequeño, un zumo y un pan, cualquier adicional (sin aviso) le será facturado. El servicio: Una de las tres noches que estuve alojado me desperté a la 1:00 am y solicité un té. La persona (que no estaba en la recepción sino en el restaurante), no podía hacérmelo... La trampa: Al día siguiente a mi noche de insomnio, llegué a desayunar media hora después del horario establecido. Quien creo es la propietaria (Virginia), muy amablemente me ofreció el desayuno... nunca me aclaró que (por estar fuera de horario) me cobraría 14 Euros por un café, una tostada y una tortilla... Al momento del check out, esta misma señora Virginia (ante mi reclamo) que así era. Le dije que no había problema, que viajaba muy habitualmente a Madrid y que no regresaría... se sintió muy dolida por lo cual me cobró 1 Euro más por una llamada que debí hacer desde la recepción a la Compañia Aerea y que no la habían facturado.

no volvere a este hotel ni lo recomendaria

nos alojamos en este hotel para asistir a una boda y a pesar de ponerlo en conocimiento del personal y de no existir reserva de la habitacion despues de la nuestra notuvieron la deferencia de darnos un margen ni de media hora para abandonar la habitacion. nos parecio un detallle muy feo y mas aun dado el precio del hotel y de su baja ocupacion.
