Good priced and close to metro. It is based in industrial Street with all garages and not nice food options close by. The hotel has food options till late and 24/7 reception. Enjoyable stay there

The staff at the hotel is helpful and friendly, from housekeeping, restaurant and reception. The breakfast buffet was complete with options for all tastes, very healthy and fresh. The service at the restaurant is excellent. Special thanks to Nina for the exceptional menu. Special thanks to Ivana at the reception for the great transportation tips that saved us money. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent staff

Quiet area which was refreshibg after the pack of tourists all over madrid. Staff were excellent. Hard working staff Rooms very clean . Excellent sleep blackout curtains no noise from street no real noise from others in hotel About a 20 minute train ride to opera train station same line. Similar to and from airprort but need to change twice trains .

Rooms are good and comfortable. The reception area has a lot of activities. There are a bar and a restaurant. The day I checked in, there were a Dj putting music very loud. It was little weird but I only saw that one time. So not bad. Staffing is kind of serious. They weren't friendly with me even though I stayed four nights. The hotel is not near the attractions but it has the metro line very close. Nothing more to say. Ibis hotels are always good.

Excellent breakfast. Neat and new property. The room temperature is centrally set, so you cannot increase or decrease it. It is nice for environmental awareness, but for people that love polar temperatures in hotel rooms I think it should be advertised at the moment of reservation, specially during hot summers like this. Other than that is a perfect option for short transits in Madrid near the airport.

Location is great for food and work with a metro nearby. Hotel is very basic, far below any normal Ibis standard. Rooms are very small, dated, with no air conditioning, too few plug sockets, limited bathroom and no extra lock on door. Breakfast was low standard, very limited choice, not great options, almost nothing hot and truly terrible coffee. It was clean and well presented but disappointing. Overall I would stay again if I had no alternative but it would not be my choice next time. To improve they should offer more breakfast options and update the rooms.

The room was clean and had everything we needed and you would expect in a budget hotel. The breakfast was good with a lovely variety from fruits, pastries, fresh juice ,salami ,ham , cheese , omelette, boiled eggs. The hotel staff were all so lovely and friendly Ivan and Jennife are so nice and helpful. The hotel is located few metro stops away from Madrid city centre.
