"Great stay, great staff, comfy. Here are some details: The room temp is completely in your control! Off, on, set your own temp, plus the window opens. There is a decent blowdryer, no iron/board, a typical hotel safe, TWO chairs, ample space for luggage, auto-light in large closet with mirrored doors, ok light in bathroom, but no bath exhaust. No workout facility or pool, but Retiro Park is under a mile away with fantastic run paths and an outdoor gym. Everything was very clean and tidy. The towels were thick and large. We are not bar people, so the fridge was pretty fully stocked, but if you're also not a bar person, just know the fridge is a little full and not super cold for your leftovers (tried adjusting the temp, but it was still just for wine/beer). I am already booked to stay there again because the lobby is nice, the rooms are comfy and clean, and the location was excellent! Also, all of the staff was just so nice. We were there for a week, including a weekend, so we probably met everyone and they all were great. My Spanish is not great, so it was a bonus that they all spoke English. "

"This is a cute hotel and easy to get to local grocery stores, restaurants and public transportation. The rooms are smaller than shown in the photos. Patio was small, table was dirty, outdoor lights are very dim. The lights in the room are also dim but windows provide good lighting. We had 3 in one room and the 3rd bed which is a cot on the floor is uncomfortable and covers the patio window door therefore can't open. The check in guy was not friendly, never smiled and didn't give a warm perception of the hotel. He also was standing outside once when my mom and I stepped out and didn't greet us but greeted the Spanish speaking guest that came behind us. The other receptionist, housekeepers and breakfast hosts were all very friendly. Breakfast option is exactly the same every day. This is good place for 1-3 day stay but we stayed 6 days and that got boring. Being woken up at 1am by garbage pick up truck noise every other day was no fun. Bathrooms are spacious and includes a bidet. "
