This place is an experiment in humans helping other humans. Check-in location was a challenge to locate, there were no obvious signs to direct us. Luckily, we encountered another guest that experienced similar confusion and directed us to the checkin office. The key card assigned to open the room had issues with the main entrance. Another guest let us in. No issues once we were in the building. I’m giving a two overall since this seemed to be a new concept, but experimenting with guests that are not familiar with location can be a stressful situation. The room was generally clean and did not stay long enough to gather if location was convenient.

This place is NOT and SHOULD NOT be considered a hotel, it should not be considered a place to stay for anyone thinking about it. Reasons: hard bed which is extremely uncomfortable, single long pillow that has no support at all, gave us 1 towel for 2 people and when we requested an extra that’s “not apart of the reservation”, blinds in our room were broken, no bedside table. The biggest issue was from 9pm to at least 2AM, kids were screaming and running down the halls, this place is not mentioned on Expedia to be a place that houses and teaches kids but that’s exactly what it is. If your going to have people staying here for short term stays, PUT THEM WHERE KIDS ARE NOT, me and my girlfriend were unable to sleep because of the hard bed, lousy pillow, and kids that should know better screaming and yelling all night long, if your thinking about staying here, spend your money elsewhere and stay somewhere where teenage delinquents that are unsupervised aren’t. Staff was friendly ish and place was overall clean but cannot let all of the other nonsense go, in 21 years of my life I have never stayed at a worse place, please seek to stay elsewhere.

Very good value for money, coffee place and supermarket next door. A bit noisy and the bed was not very comfortable, missing pillows and AC did not work properly. Veery cheap compared to other options, so I cannot really complain... perfect for budget stay in Madrid if you do not spend much time in the room!

It’s not good for stay business or official person. May be one day is perfect. Because if any one want to stay more than one day they will not clean your room, they will not changes your towel and will not provide any amenities. It’s an horrible situation. I am surprised their policies. Not recommended.

Very nice room with A/C. Walking distance supermarket. Good pizza across the street. No refrigerator. A small fridge would be great. Very small 2 packages of shower/shampoo gel. I had to buy bigger ones in the supermarket.

My booking was on one address, and the check in was a few blocks away. But, when I got there, there was a sign telling me to go to a third location, again a few blocks away. Luckily, I only had a backpack, I can’t imagine all that walking with a suitcase. Avoid this place if you have luggage.
