It was a great choice, all you need for a transfer when traveling and even a longer stay. Very close from the Barajas airport, punctual timing of the bus shuttle, clean, modern and very helpful staff. Particularly I Remeber the Mr Alfonso at the check in desk, extremely helpful, kind and provided quick solution to requests. Highly recommend this hotel :)

Breakfast was amazing. Wish I'd remembered it was part of the deal because we'd have taken better advantage of it. The airport shuttle was perfect. Room was austere but pleasant. Hallways could use some updating. For our purposes, a one night stay before flying out, the NH fit the bill.

The staff member who checked us in at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were kind and efficient.
