Staff went above and beyond!! The location was perfect for seeing the major sights. Retiro park is across the street, and the palace and plaza major were about a 30 min walk away. This was a great place for our family and I would highly recommend staying here!!

Super helpful staff, great location and delicious breakfast buffet, however the room was cramped and in need of maintenance, much less comfortable than during our stay here a few years ago.

The hotel and it’s location was great. But Expedia were very unhelpful in changing the booking duration - their systems did not support this. So the only negative was with Expedia

Hotel is in a great location jusst in front of Parque El Retiro, walkable distance to many restaurantes, shopping, and many attractions. Staff is very friendly, space rooms, the only recommendation is to review the air conditioning, noisy every time that starts. The rest we are very happy with the Hotel and we used in our visits to Madrid.
