A lovely eco focused stay with the importance on the everyday comforts & great service. The rooftop area serving breakfast is available for anytime relaxation along with the downstairs lounge, to enjoy the complimentary beverage & treat stations. It location is near metro and even walking, if you are up to it, yo can get to puerta del sol, gran via, cibeles am parque del retiro. Having coffee and soft drink free help a lot

Excellent location for an upscale hostel. The rooms are very clean, the air conditioning works exceptionally well, and the bathroom is clean and comfortable. There are also convenient coffee and soda machines near reception. It’s an ideal place for travelers who plan to spend most of their time exploring and need a comfortable spot to sleep and freshen up. We had an amazing stay. The reception staff were very helpful, and the Wi-Fi worked well.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated their hospitality. After a long day of sightseeing, it was nice to come back to a comfortable and welcoming place. We thought this hotel was very conveniently located, had a great staff, and provided a nice room. My only suggestion would be to provide some instructions to explain how to run the thermostat in the rooms. While we eventually got it to work, it was through trial and error on a relatively hot day and night.

What a find!!! We went for F1 weekend, across street from train and Metro is on the corner. In the plaza of Reina Sofia. The staff is amazing and helpful and the rooftop breakfast staff amazing, large selection including plant based and delicious! Great value! Highly recommend!!

Terrific lodging option close to Atocha train station, Retiro Park, the Botanic Gardens and the museums. Staff were kind and professional. The room was spotless. View was of the elevator shaft!
