perfect if location is suitable for your trip

has everything you need and the quality fittings are a bonus. Feedback is honored very quickly and result is present right away. Has parking, which eliminates the location restriction if you have a car. Very close to station otherwise and Aldi shop. For me, I use taxies so location was not an issue.

The Oliver Aravaca is a newer building, very clean and fresh. The units have fully equipped kitchens which is perfect if you want to make your own meals. There is a grocery 1 block away with many good options. The hotel is cemtrally located and access to other shopping and restaurants is good. Most of all, the staff is fantastic and very kind and accomodating. Nicholas is a very good Manager and helped us very well! The Oliver Ownership should be very happy with his performance!

The Oliver was super convenient for us - it was clean and our digital check in process was smooth and staff was very friendly in assisting us with any enquiries. Elevator services are also available. We found our room very clean and comfortable. The location was very quiet. Laundry services are onsite and uses a very convenient mobile app. Breakfast is available for a separate cost. There is also a bar for socializing. We didn't drive but the parking is available. ALDI was a 5min walk and other restaurants and shops were approx a 10min walk. It is close to the indoor shopping mall - El Corte Ingles was a 5 min Uber drive and each floor had EVERYTHING from Cosmetics to TV's, something for everyone, and when you are tired of shopping - take the escalator to the restaurant on the top floor for some delicious food.

Nice apartment, will repeat for sure

Studio apartment, had everything needed. Friendly staff helped during the automated checkin. only problem was trying to screen share from mobile phone... the option is there, but hidden behind colour dots button options.

Everything is brand new, which is really nice. The check-in process was very smooth, and there's someone there to help you. The rooms are spacious, which was a plus. The only downside is that they are quite far from the city, and there are very few dining options nearby. You do have an Aldi down the street to go to, but overall, options are limited. I would rate this place an 8/10.

Facilities and room was perfect although the staff were absolutely useless and non existent. Make sure you have your mail with entry code and parking code pre trip otherwise you will be literally stuck outside without and help whatsoever. Very disappointing staff throughout my weeks stay.

The room was comfortable but check in was via machine, the property has no bar or restaurant and there is nothing in the immediate area. If you have a car and are looking for self catering accomodation this would be a great job. If not then it will likely disappoint.

My flight got delayed, I could not checked in on the 28th by 29th when I arrived I had no reservation at all, they were telling me they had no place at all that my reservation and money was gone, till I spoke to a lady and I told her what happened I ended up on a smaller place. Who canceled reservations without letting the customers know? I would not use they services at all as I would not recommend them at all specially if you are traveling from another country… things happen all the time delayed on flights etc.

Everything new and nice and tasteful. Then the apartment was without toilet paper, 4 people have 2 towels to share. The place receive electricity from a power plant, and that they switch off at 08:15 so then we stay there in the dark, forget the coffee etc. To bad and not acceptable for that price, or as a hotel independent of price
