Lovely clean and modern room. Good central location and very polite and helpfull staff. The only small thing to note is that our room was on the 4th floor and the lift could only take one person at a time.

Room very clean , staff very friendly, area centric walked around easy to go everywhere public transportation around the corner , the only negative I can say is the building elevator to small but that is very normal in Madrid other than that everything was good.

Great location, beautiful room, and clean. This hotel was located right in the middle of Madrid. Was able to walk everywhere easily. The staff were very nice.
