"Excellent location right on Grand Via and close to shops and restaurants in downtown Madrid. The rooftop terrace on the 27th floor and the pool on the 21st floor have breathtaking views of the city. The staff was very professional and courteous. We would return to this hotel in a heartbeat and look forward to visiting Madrid again - we loved the city and this hotel!"
