"The epitome of Asian hospitality, the staff were genuinely friendly and took pride in their work. They accommodated my requests, rooms were clean and beds were comfy and cosy. I had booked some spa treatments and they accommodated my request to have my elderly mother sit in the treatment room with me as she has dementia and cannot be on her own. If I ever visit Chiang Mai again I will definitely stay there. "

Some other guests complained about the noises but it didn’t bother me during my stay. I guess if you have an issue you can ask the staff as they are all helpful and welcoming .
