“Not to warm .but ok ”

“The rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast staff, Carmen and Luz, were always pleasant and kind. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and always greeted us every time we walked in and out of the hotel. The security guard was super awesome. I will be returning to stay again”

“From check in to check out, the staff was amazing. Nothing was too hard for them to give to us. Friendly and so professional! The only thing is, we needed an iron in the room and we didnt have one but that was it. Clean, new, private and very well cooled. Excellent stay!”

“Good location. Parking was included. Bed was super comfortable. TV didn't work properly and there is no thermostat in the room to control temp. ”

“The bathroom tub was clogged, the bed mattress was not in good condition, and I wan’t able to adjust the air conditioner (window unit, noisy). But the rest of my stay was ok.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE! To start: the place itself wasn’t very clean and there were stains on the couch and bed linens. The bed is much too firm as well (unless you like that sort of thing). It’s very apparent that this place was furnished not with comfort, but cheapness in mind. And by far the worst part was the plenty of mosquitos that were inside. I did not leave any doors open and checked all the windows (all closed), yet somehow there were still multiple mosquitos in the apartment. I barely slept...

“Fantastic location and rooms. Be sure to visit the waterfall across the street. We stayed in 5 hotels on our trip, this our favorite. ”

“El lugar estaba limpio y cómodo. No te dan el control del aire acondicionado por lo que entiendo que si deseas modificar la temperatura debe ser en la recepción. Las almohadaa son grandes y duras y las encontré un poco incomodas. Te puedes estacionar alrededor de la plaza pública o en el centro de convenciones que está como a 3 min caminando. Empleados muy amables. Farmaca cerca, garajes cerca y sitios para comer. ”
