"I recently visited Colombo for 5 days in October 2025 and stayed at 50 by the Sea - Had an excellent stay there and all my expectations were met - at times went above the expectations also. The apartment looks very new, is very well maintained and most importantly, its extremely clean. Ive visited Colombo many times and many times, I faced the issue of not so clean bathrooms at some residences - at 50 by the Sea, the bathrooms were so clean and neat that it looked like a 5 star hotel's...

Our room was also well appointed with a large comfortable bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. The bathroom had a lovely shower and high quality toiletries. The bedding and towels were also high quality. There is no kettle in the room, but Bosco kindly provided us with hot water when I asked for it. The hotel is situated...
