"Staff pleasant and competent. Room comfortable with a very comfortable bed. Rooftop lounge is delightful, service wonderful. One problem, bathroom small. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor because the shower curtain was too short and there was no drain for water flow."
"The building is going through renovations that are much needed and well done. The fitness center was closed, but it was easy to go to another property on the next block for a workout. The room was nice, but there was no thermostat for the air-conditioning, so I couldn’t change it when I felt warm and humid. The location can’t be beat."
"This property is good for being close to crowds. MSG is two blocks away, subway is a block away and Times Square is a few blocks from the area. I didn't eat at the hotel because I'm there to experience the city. Bar was good for the view but the drinks were meh. The tip was already included which caught me off guard.
Rooms were fine for sleeping only don't think you will have much room to do much else."
"The hotel is well-located, with helpful staff. The room was comfortable; the mattresses were amazing! The room could have been a bit cleaner, and it wasn't fully stocked with towels and soap when we checked in. However, overall, it was fine. Also, the check-in line was 40 minutes long--which is a lot at 9 pm! The room was quiet, though."
