The Westin Grand Frankfurt

"Central location, very handy for underground trains. The hotel was clean and welcoming, our room was spacious and modern. The swimming pool was great, we used it everyday. Our meal and room service were good. We didn't opt for breakfast as we felt it was expensive, so can't review the breakfast. Our main downside was that the street was noisy at night with cars zooming past in the middle of the night, trains rumbling past and lots of sirens. It sounded like our window wasn't completely shut, but we couldn't open or close it to try and get it to seal better. Overall a great stay, the hotel was lovely, always clean and welcoming and feels recently renovated. The pool was a great amenity for our young family. We just didn't sleep amazingly."

"Very friendly, helpful staff who dealt with any issues promptly, such as the safe needing new batteries. The hotel was very clean and well-situated near the river, the city centre and various transport stops. The breakfast room was a little cramped but the food itself was very nice and we liked the eco-friendly ethos of the hotel. You have to be aware, however, that it can be very noisy at night, as some of the bars are open until very late."

"Nice room. Great location near S Bahn. Direct train from airport. Only 35 mins from the Messe. Only down was the terminal at reception did not work properly so check in was slow. Staff were friendly."
