The parking situation is "amenable", but a result of our stay coinciding with the back-to-back Lobster Fest and Maine Boat Show weekends. โThe room was not real large, but we had everything we needed. It was very quiet . The room and bathroom were very clean, well equipped, and the bed was comfortable with nice linens. I really appreciated the magnifying mirror in the bathroom.
I was a little disappointed with the continental breakfast. There was nothing to eat for anyone watching sugar intake. The cereals offered were geared more to children like Lucky Charms and Fruit Loops. Please consider offering one item that is not heavy...

โThe hotel was fantastic. Every staff member was so kind, helpful, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. The only downside is there is no room service or spa. Usually this nice of a hotel would have both of these. โ

โEverything was first class and five star all the way. The rooms were spectacular. We had a great partial Bay view, the breakfast they served in the morning was wonderful. โThis is a renovated old fashioned motel but the rooms are fresh and bright and clean-very welcoming. The location is fabulous-walking distance to everything in town. Owners were excellent. The breakfast is continental but it is homemade with special treats and excellent. Loved my stay.โ
