The Ayre Hotel
"Remember to book dinner. The first night of our stay we had to eat elsewhere because it was fully booked and had to wait quite sometime to get served in the bar due to staff shortages"

The Shore
"Grateful for the clean, tastefully decorated room in a great location (downtown waterfront). It's an older building so it can be a bit noisy - particularly as the patrons in other rooms come in for the evening and get going in the morning."

Albert Hotel
"Good location in central Kirkwall. Ate in Bar on successive evenings and the food was excellent. No dedicated parking but a pay parking site right outside with civilised charges and times so no problem there."
